What we do

You don't have to assemble the file alone. We diagnose your case, consolidate the data others collect, verify it and prepare the due diligence statement (DDS) for your buyer to submit. We work with your team and with your producers or cooperatives.

What it includes

  1. Diagnosis of your commodities, volumes and suppliers.

  2. Coordination with producers and cooperatives to gather data.

  3. Consolidation and verification of what others collect.

  4. Preparation of the DDS for your buyer to submit.

How we work

  1. Diagnosis.

    We define which commodities you export, to whom, and which date applies to you. Start with the self-assessment.

  2. Consolidation.

    We gather coordinates and documents from whoever already has them or whoever collects them in the field.

  3. Verification.

    We cross-check each plot against deforestation after 31 December 2020 and against Mexican legal requirements.

  4. DDS ready.

    We deliver the package for your buyer to submit the statement to the European Commission's central database.

What we deliver

  • A package ready for the DDS, with the evidence for each case.
  • Evidence for each verification. The EU requires the operator to keep it for 5 years and hand it over if there is an inspection.

What we don't do for now

  • We do not collect data in the field. We consolidate and verify the data others collect.
  • We do not submit the DDS. The operator that places the product on the EU market submits it, usually your buyer.
