EUDR · Regulation (EU) 2023/1115

Geometría

Verified origin, documented trust, compliance before the deadline.

Comply with the EUDR without adding work for your team. We verify each plot's data, using our own technology, and leave it ready for the due diligence statement.

Applies from 30 December 2026 to large and medium-sized operators.

What do you export?

Pick your commodity and check what applies and from when.

Without organized data, your product can't enter Europe.

The EU only allows coffee, cocoa, cattle, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood to be sold if it can be shown that they do not come from land deforested after 31 December 2020 and that they were produced in line with the laws of the country of production. The importer declares this with data for each plot.

  • Where

The coordinate or polygon of every plot where your product is grown.

  • Since when

No deforestation after 31 December 2020, confirmed for each plot, one by one.

  • Legal

The land and the production comply with Mexican law, documented case by case.

Europe's compliance agenda has close deadlines, and government, producers and importers are all paying too little attention. The data exists, but it is scattered across small producers. If nothing changes, a bottleneck forms and slows trade with Europe. Gathering that data takes time, and every week counts. Nobody in the chain can afford to skip this.

Why now

30 December 2026

Large and medium-sized operators from that date. Micro and small operators from 30 June 2027.

60 days to go.

  1. Large and medium-sized.

From 30 December 2026, for any commodity. Wood already covered by the former EUTR applies from that date, with no extension.

  2. Micro and small.

From 30 June 2027, if they were established as such as of 31 December 2024. What counts is the size of the operator in the EU, usually the importer, not yours.

  3. It has already moved twice.

The original date was 30 December 2024. It moved to 30 December 2025 and then to 30 December 2026. In May 2026, the Commission wrote that it does not consider it appropriate to propose further changes to the basic text.

  4. The product list has changed.

Since 18 September 2026, leather and part of the rubber manufactures are out of scope. From 30 December 2027, soluble coffee and oil palm derivatives come in.

Comply without adding work for your team

Geometría is two things together: people who accompany you and a system of our own. For now, we do not collect data in the field. We consolidate and verify the data others collect, and leave it ready for the due diligence statement.

Support

  • Diagnosis of your commodities, volumes and suppliers
  • Coordination with producers and cooperatives to gather data
  • Preparation of the due diligence statement

Our system

  • Brings coordinates and polygons together in one place
  • Checks each plot against deforestation and legality
  1. Diagnosis.

We define which commodities you export, to whom, and which deadline applies to you. The self-assessment is the starting point.

  2. Consolidation.

We gather coordinates and documents from whoever already has them or whoever collects them in the field.

  3. Verification.

We cross-check each plot against deforestation after 31 December 2020 and against Mexican legal requirements.

  4. DDS ready.

Package ready for your buyer to submit the due diligence statement to the European Commission's central database. The evidence is kept for 5 years.

Start with step 1: take the self-assessment (in Spanish)
