Rubber

Natural rubber and new tires remain under the regulation. Since 18 September 2026, rubber belts and vulcanized rubber manufactures have left it.

Commodity

New tires are the largest flow for this commodity: USD 64.0 million in 2025. The rubber they contain comes from plantations outside Mexico, so the plot the regulation asks for is usually in another country. Mexico imported USD 247.0 million of natural rubber in 2024 and exported USD 2.4 million.
